• Customers may request a refund for any reason, no questions asked
• All requested refunds will be returned to the customer within 30 days of the request
• A refund request may be made up to the point that development begins which is usually 3 days after the kickoff meeting. This means that a customer may go through the asset collection process as well as the entirety of the kickoff process and still receive a full refund.
